Winter Lacrosse on the Turnpike

Kudos to Lacrosse Playground for going all Sherlock Holmes and finding this video first. We’re convinced they have a bloodhound on their staff who’s nose strictly seeks all things great and lacrosse.

Aside from dodging the lure of Dizzy’s and McHebe’s (Is that still there?), Hofstra is growing on me. A native Long Islander, I bawked at the idea of staying close to home, and playing at Hofstra. However, the more I see, the more I like. Camaraderie is an underrated strength for any team, and it’s obvious that Hofstra bolsters an inviting team environment. These videos have to help with recruiting. I’m hooked. Go Pride (or Dutchmen for the older readers).

We can’t count that high, so can someone tell us how much weight he was squatting when he crumbled? It looked inordinately heavy.
